Salt Lake County and its Division of 
Community Resources and Development is pleased to announce the launch of the new Energy Smart program! This “whole house” approach is a proven system by which homeowners can make energy efficiency upgrades to their homes. Our goal at Salt Lake County is to assist county residents with options they have for upgrading their homes, as well as providing grants and low-interest financing to make them possible.
